In 1976, Sami Assi founded Boston Fried Chicken (BFC). He had a vision of creating a fried chicken concept with a unique taste and high-quality ingredients at affordable prices. The concept was born and tested in the great city of Boston, Massachusetts and the first BFC opened its doors to customers in New York.
