If you thought kebabs were reserved just for the late night crowd, then think again; this is a revolution in food that people are ordering all day long to sit in and savour or takeaway and eat on the go.

TELL ME ABOUT THE COMPANY

We have nearly 60 stores thriving in Europe and the Middle East, in fact in 2014 we were named Best UAE franchise brand by the Middle East & North Africa Franchise Association. We are in a stage of major expansion and we have partnered with a hugely experienced team to make sure each franchisees rollout is flawless.

GDK was created in Germany in 1989, with the vision of creating classic, authentic and healthy kebabs, combining high quality produce with excellent customer service. A GDK kebab has less than half the calories of a regular kebab, as it only uses 100% lean, succulent, halal meat, along with handmade breads and signature sauces. The ingredients are supplied centrally from Germany to ensure consistent quality.

We recently introduced the brand to the UK and in little over a year opened 12 stores and took deposits for almost 200 additional locations.

We are looking for franchise partners who have the resources to commit to opening at least 3 stores.

We have completely redefined the product, built a mouthwatering menu around it, and shown just how refined this old favorite can be.

• We use 100% succulent halal beef and pure chicken fillets imported directly from Germany to maintain quality and consistency
• We only use fresh, locally produced vegetables that are delivered and prepared daily
• We make our own unique bread and a range of special sauces
• Our dishes contain virtually no preservatives or additives
• We offer a very high end product, but at very accessible prices – GKD makes fans in every demographic

TRAINING & SUPPORT 

• Two weeks initial training at the GDK Head Office and company-owned stores for up to 3 individuals of the franchisee staff
• Final site selection to be approved by GDK
• 2-week pre-launch training in the franchisee territory for the first store will be provided by GDK operations personnel
• One-week post-launch support including soft opening and launch event, on the job training and store monitoring for the first store
• Technical support in relation to customized store designs and layouts and provision of a full set of customized store designs and layouts, building material sample charts and provision of site development plans
• Supply of lists and specifications of equipment, furniture, fixtures and fittings
• Supply and customization of software programs such as POS, accounting, reporting and others. To be paid for by the franchisee additional to the franchise fee
• GDK to provide advice and guidance in relation to launch marketing program and customized marketing plan, design and artwork
